Aleksandra Magiera is an advocate, Data Protection Officer and ISO/IEC 27001 auditor. She heads LegAIchain and leads the firm's most demanding work at the intersection of law, technology and innovation.

She brings a rare combination of legal and executive experience. For over five years she managed companies in the steel and manufacturing sector, and she has practised in renowned law firms, including within a data protection team ranked Legal 500 Tier 2. Her clients have spanned IT, FinTech (including crypto), energy, aviation, pharmaceuticals, automotive, e-commerce and real estate.

She specialises in TMT regulation, GDPR, AI, FinTech, cybersecurity and compliance with the key EU frameworks: DORA, NIS2, the AI Act, MiCA and GDPR. She pairs strategic insight with the ability to implement compliance operationally, in fast-moving technology environments.
